Texas Vet Loans

Texas Vet loans are sponsored and administered by the Texas Veterans Land Board. It provides special interest rates for veterans and active military personnel who meet certain Texas residence requirements. Texas Vet loans are underwritten as a VA loan or as a conventional loan. Approval from TVLB is required in addition to the lenders normal approval.
